The Glenmorangie 15 year old Sauternes Finish has been matured in American oak casks, which formerly held wine from the Sauternes region of France.  Nose: Sweetness, pears and pineapple. Notes of butter, oats and honey. A hint of oak. Palate: Vinous red fruits, sweet essence of vanilla. Oak and barley, with a deeply warming spice. Finish: Medium finish, strong presence of malt and oak.
