Isle of SKye has been extra matured in oak casks for 12 long years. It contains an exceptionally high proportion of distinctive Island and mellow Speyside malts which, after blending, are returned to cask to ‘marry’ prior to bottling.
Nose: Heavy smoke, a pinch of salt and spice. Dried fruits drizzled in honey.
Palate: Sweet dried fruits, figs and raisins. Followed by peat and oak.
Finish: Medium-long, slight sweetnes, peated smoke.
