Description
Glenallachie is a malt whisky distillery on Speyside at Aberlour founded in 1967. It has mainly produced whisky for blends.
COLOUR: Burnished Bronze.
NOSE: Fresh vanilla, toffee, butterscotch and spices.
TASTE: Rich. Delicious honeyed almonds are joined by dark cherry, burnt raisins, orange, chocolate, a little zesty lemon, cinnamon and some fresh apples in the mix also. Some lovely sweet oak spices at play also.
FINISH: Caramelised dates and peanut butter.
