Highland Park 25 Year Old has been crafted with a fantastic selection of only 12 casks – five first-fill sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, two first-fill sherry seasoned American oak casks and five virgin (unseasoned) American oak hogsheads. Utilizing the classic combination of European and American oak sherry casks which create the complex balance of flavours we've come to expect from the older Highland Park releases but with the addition of the Virgin oak casks, this makes for quite an exciting release!
