Tasting Notes A mixture of fresh fruits, apples and pears with sweet vanilla characterise this Bourbon-finish barrel. A smooth, sweet and creamy mouth feel with notes of spice and warm sticky toffee pudding, tangy wood and malt.  More perfumed fruits on the finish but malt is the most persuasive flavour.
