About This Whisky

Bowmore Devils Cask Batch III is the third and final bottle in this series. The whisky was produced, according to folklore, because the devil was chased into the distillery and hid in the whisky barrels producing this special whisky. This last bottle has a no age statement and was produced in both Orlosso and Pedro Ximenez casks. Nose: Corinth raisins, salted caramel, melted chocolate, sticky prunes and flamed orange peel. Palate: More sea salt and chocolate, candied peels, rich dark fruits, gentle smoke and spices. Finish: Long with complex coffee and cherry notes.
