About St George's Distillery

St George's Distillery

James Nelstrop's original goal was to create the finest single-malt whisky in England, which remains the benchmark for every bottle we produce.

We make our whisky the old-fashioned way, with traditional equipment, artisan skills and a lot of patience. One of the most important ingredients in a bottle of whisky is time, and we’re not rushing.
