The first bourbon EVER from New York and made from 100% Empire State corn grown within ten miles of the distillery, it’s a real local product. Baby bourbon is matured in small, charred new American oak barrels giving it a uniquely rich amber colour. The small barrels mean more wood contact, which lends it a rich, oaky, smoky flavour profile. With subtle notes of vanilla and caramel too, we really enjoyed this one!
