Dunhill Old Master Blended Whisky - 75cl 43%

An ultra rare blend from Dunhill, the Old Masters whiskies are smartly presented and highly collectible. Dunhill entered the whisky market in the mid-1980's, and produced several styles, all packaged in their easily recognisable, elegant pot decanter-shaped bottles.   The aroma is intense indeed, and as the dram sits in its glass the room gets slowly parfumed by a lovely scotch fragrance. Everything is balanced: sweet notes (caramel, vanilla, honey), wooden accents (cedar, cypress, oak), citrus (orange blossom, lemon peel), coffee beans, beeswax, and a pleasant tinge of pencil shavings. Delicious.
