Ben Nevis 1991 25 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

It does not get a lot better than this 1991 vintage from Ben Nevis, aged 25 years and is very sure to appeal to fans of the Fort William distillery. The sherried single malt, which carries a strength of 57.8%, is part of Signatory’s Cask Strength Collection.   Nose: Sherry, honey, sweet nuts Palate: sweet, light, easy on the tongue, more sherry, quite a lot of caramel and spicy oak  Finish:  bittersweet, long lasting, a tad spicy
