STATUTORY LEGAL NOTICE

Nothing in these terms, policies or purchase conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or otherwise affect any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Where you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights are protected by legislation including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, where applicable, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Goods supplied must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

For eligible distance purchases, you may also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the applicable exemptions and conditions.

Any cancellation, returns or refund policy provided by us is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or limit those rights.

Age-Restricted Products

Where products are restricted by age, including alcoholic beverages, they may only be purchased by persons who meet the applicable legal minimum age. Alcohol must not be purchased by or supplied to anyone under 18 years of age in the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to carry out age-verification checks and to require proof of age before accepting, dispatching or delivering an order.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and any purchase made through our business are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in this notice prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory legal rights or protections available to them.
