Tasting Journey

Distillery Glenallachie

About This Whisky

***The £500 is a deposit for the total amount (all you pay for are the bottles you take home, the rest is on us!!!!) ***

Experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to bottle your own cask alongside legendary Master Distiller Billy Walker. This exclusive whisky experience offers whisky enthusiasts, collectors, and private groups the chance to explore the art of maturation, cask selection, and bottling under the guidance of one of Scotland’s most respected names in whisky.

Here's what we're putting together:

A masterclass at the distillery with Billy Walker. Over 50 years of whisky-making expertise, shared with you in person. The man behind GlenAllachie's remarkable revival, guiding you through the craft, the casks, and the character of the spirit.

Together with our group limited to just 20 tickets (each deposit is for 1/20th of the cask, and a plus-one is welcome to join), you'll select and bottle a private cask of GlenAllachie. Your own cask. Your own bottling. Something that will never appear on the open market.

Each bottle is yours to savour, collect, or share — valued at approximately £135 - £165 per bottle (depending on the cask). A whisky with a story only 20 people in the world can tell.

And the day doesn't end with the masterclass, before the masterclass you'll sit down to an exclusive paired whisky lunch at the distillery — the food carefully matched with GlenAllachie expressions, guided by Billy and his team. It's the kind of afternoon that turns fellow enthusiasts into lifelong friends, with exceptional whisky and conversation flowing in equal measure.

These are the kinds of experiences we love bringing to you. Not just rare whisky, but the journey behind it. Standing in the distillery. You'll learn from one of the greatest names in Scotch, walking away with bottles that carry your name and your story.

About Glenallachie

Glenallachie Distillery

In 1968 the distillery began its first production run. Glenallchie was the fourth distillery designed by William Delm-Evans and built by MacKinlay and McPherson (the distilling arm of Scottish and Newcastle ltd). It was designed to be almost entirely gravity-fed to run on reduced energy. In 2017 Billy Walker along with his business partners Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson came together to acquire the distillery from Chivas brothers, bringing with them their industry expertise. In 2018 their first core range of single malts were launched, this marked the first-ever range of single malts to be released by the speyside distillery. In 2021 their master distiller Billy Walker was introduced into the Whisky's Magazine Prestigious Hall of Fame as he's made a lasting contribution to the world of whisky. In the same year, they also won the world's best single malt title at the World Whiskies Awards.
