Highland Park Freya Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This is the third release of the acclaimed Valhalla Collection from Highland Park. Freya, named after the Norse Goddess of Love, is,  like its namesake, of complex and alluring character. A fruity, and sweet spirit shrouded in peat, with a lingering spicy finish.   Nose: Sweet vanilla and white chocolate Palate: Citrus and smooth butterscotch immersed in gentle peat smoke. A vibrant fruity wave of sweet melon too. Finish: Lingering spice and light peat smoke with more fruity notes. A fantastic dram.
