How to taste it Light to rich, then sip and taste again.
There's no wrong way to do this. A few small habits make every tin and every glass go further.
Keep it cold
Take the tins out about 10 minutes before you serve and set them over ice. Use a mother-of-pearl or bone spoon, not silver.
Start light
Taste the most delicate caviar first and finish with the fullest, larger pearls.
Taste, then sip
Try each caviar on its own, take a sip, then go back to it. Notice how both change.

Delivery and storage
The caviar travels in an insulated cooler with ice packs. Put it in the fridge (−3°C to +2°C) as soon as it arrives, and enjoy each tin within 48 hours of opening.
