About This Whisky

The first single malt to be released by west London's Bimber distillery is a fruity, elegant whisky that has been matured in just five Pedro Ximénez casks for three years, before being bottled in 2019. The nose immediately offers notes of autumn berries, blackcurrant jam and rich fruitcake. The palate is full of rich sherry flavours; dark berries, ginger, cinnamon, dried fruits, orange and clove.
