Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return goods and request a refund.
14-Day Cancellation Period
If you purchase from us online or through another qualifying distance sale, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You must notify us that you wish to cancel within this 14-day period. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Returning Your Order
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend that all returns are sent using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, particularly for high-value products. You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Please take reasonable care of any goods you intend to return and, wherever possible, return them with their original packaging and accessories.
We may make a reasonable deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods and, where required by law, the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you selected an enhanced or more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our standard delivery option.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We will process refunds within the timescales required by applicable UK consumer law. For returned goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misdescribed or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day cancellation right. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where we are responsible for supplying faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we will deal with reasonable return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.
Personalised and Bespoke Products
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods that have been personalised, engraved, customised, made to order or produced specifically to your requirements, where the relevant legal exemption applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a personalised or bespoke product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Alcohol and Sealed Products
Opening a bottle of alcohol does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights simply because it has been opened. However, returned goods may be subject to an appropriate deduction where they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, and certain products may be exempt where a specific statutory exemption applies.
For health, safety and product-integrity reasons, please contact us before returning any opened, damaged or compromised bottle.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK consumer legislation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
