14-Day Purchase Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of the date on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused and, where applicable, with their original packaging.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service, particularly when returning high-value items.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method and processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling beyond what would reasonably be required to inspect them.

Exclusions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain products, including:

• Personalised, engraved or bespoke products.

• Products made or prepared specifically to your requirements.

• Sealed goods where the seal has been broken and the applicable statutory exemption applies.

• Other products excluded from cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer legislation.

This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not as ordered.
