Terms & Conditions 

  1. ABOUT US

    1. We are the Promoter: The Really Good Whisky Company Ltd, 802-804 Finchley Road, London, England, NW11 6XL with Instagram handle @reallygoodwhisky.

  2. ABOUT THE COMPETITION

    1. Promotion Period: Participate between 09.07.26 and 13.07.26 at 11:59pm BST.

  3. Prize:

    1. One (1) winner will receive three (3) tickets to The Monthly Pour on Thursday 16th July 2026. If the winner is unable to attend, they may choose £30 site credit redeemable at reallygoodwhisky.com instead.

    2. Five (5) winners will each receive a £20 voucher redeemable online at reallygoodwhisky.com against orders of £120 or more.

    3. Twenty (20) winners will each receive a £10 voucher redeemable online at reallygoodwhisky.com against orders of £120 or more.

    4. These terms and conditions set out the applicable terms of our competition. By submitting a competition entry, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

  4. ELIGIBILITY

    1. The competition is open worldwide where legally permitted, to persons aged 18 years or over (or the legal drinking age in their country of residence), excluding:

      1. Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, or affiliated companies, and their immediate families.

      2. Anyone professionally connected with this competition.

    2. Entries must comply with platform community standards and all applicable laws and must not contain offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate content.

    3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require proof of age and eligibility.

    4. The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:

  • automatically generated by computer;

  • completed by third parties or in bulk;

  • irresponsible, derogatory, harmful, offensive, bullying or discriminatory;

  • illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

  • incomplete, damaged or corrupted.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

    1. To enter the competition during the Promotion Period, entrants must:

  • Follow @reallygoodwhisky on Instagram;

  • Like the competition post; and

  • Tag a whisky-loving friend in the comments.

  1. Each eligible Instagram account may submit one (1) entry.

  2. Members of the Really Good Club will automatically receive two (2) entries provided all entry requirements have been completed.

  3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

  4. All entries must be received before the Closing Date. Entries received after this time will be automatically be disqualified.

  5. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date using a random selection process. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

  1. THE PRIZE

    1. The prizes are:

  • One (1) winner: Three (3) tickets to The Monthly Pour on 16th July 2026 at 802-804 Finchley Road, London, England, NW11 6X, or £30 site credit if the winner is unable to attend.

  • Five (5) winners: £20 voucher redeemable against online orders of £120 or more.

  • Twenty (20) winners: £10 voucher redeemable against online orders of £120 or more.

  1. All prizes:

  • are non-transferable and non-refundable;

  • cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • are subject to availability;

  • vouchers may only be redeemed at reallygoodwhisky.com;

  • voucher prizes require a minimum spend of £120 in a single transaction;

  • must be redeemed within any validity period

  1. WINNERS

    1. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 1 day of the Closing Date.

    2. Winners must respond within 1 day of notification to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    3. The winner's Instagram handle may be announced on the Promoter's social media channels.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    1. Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.

  3. DATA PROTECTION

    1. Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as necessary for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

  4. GENERAL

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the competition where necessary.

    2. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
