RGW Promotion for May 2026

  1. ABOUT THE COMPETITION

    1. Promotion Period: Participate between 04.05.26 and 24.05.26 at 23:59 BST.

    2. Prize: One (1) winner will receive 1x bottle of Tamdhu 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 70cl 46% ABV.

    3. These terms and conditions set out the applicable terms of this promotion. By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by them.

    4.  This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

  2. ELIGIBILITY

    1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

    2. Exclusions apply to employees of the Promoter, affiliated companies, agencies, and their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

    3. Proof of age and residency may be required before the prize is awarded.

  3. HOW TO ENTER

    1. There are two ways to enter during the Promotion Period:

      1. Standard Entry (Non-Members)

        1. Follow @ReallyGoodWhisky on Instagram

        2. Comment “Tamdhu” on the official competition post

        3. = 1 entry

      2. Priority Entry (Members of The Really Good Whisky Club)

        1. Hold an active membership to The Really Good Whisky Club during the Promotion Period

        2. = 5 entries automatically

    2. Members may also complete the standard Instagram entry mechanic above in addition to their automatic entries.

    3. Membership must be active and purchased before the closing date to qualify for priority entries.

    4. No purchase is necessary to enter via the free standard entry route.

    5. Entries received after 23:59 BST on 24.05.26 will not be counted.

  4. WINNER SELECTION

    1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

    2. Each valid entry counts individually (e.g. members receive five chances in the draw).

    3. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

    4. The Promoter’s decision is final.

  5. THE PRIZE

    1. One (1) winner will receive: 1x Tamdhu 15 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 70cl

    2. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

    3. If unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

    4. Delivery will be made to a UK address only and must be accepted by a person aged 18 or over.

  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

    1. Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within 14 days of the draw.

    2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

    3. The winner’s Instagram username may be announced on social channels.

  7. DATA & PRIVACY

    1. Personal data supplied will only be used for administration of this competition and prize fulfilment in line with applicable data protection laws.

  8. GENERAL

    1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, automated or abusive entries.

    2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary.

    3. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
