Actually Duncan McGillivray was just trying to keep the Bruichladdich distillery going in times of hardship! This fantastic whisky is a rare example and a worthwhile investment to your collection. A special 14-year-old whisky from Bruichladdich. This was released in the mid 2000's to commemorate the discovery of a yellow submarine off the cost of Islay. Finished in Rioja-wine casks and bottled at 46% ABV.
