How is the winner chosen?
One winner is picked at random from all valid entries, paid and postal, after the draw closes at 11:59pm GMT on Wednesday 18 November 2026. Every valid entry has the same chance. We contact the winner by email or phone within 14 working days, and they have 14 days to reply to claim the prize.
What can I spend the £25 credit on?
Dalmore whisky at reallygoodwhisky.com only. It isn’t a cash refund and can’t be swapped for cash. Your code arrives by email after the draw, works once and lasts six months from the day we send it.
Who can enter?
UK residents aged 18 or over. The winner will need to show proof of age and ID before the bottle is delivered.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, subject to applicable local alcohol licensing, sales, promotional and delivery laws.
2.2. Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase and receive alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict participation or prize delivery where required by applicable law.
2.3. The winner must provide satisfactory proof of age and identity before the alcoholic prize is dispatched. The prize will only be delivered to an adult aged 18 or over, subject to appropriate age verification upon delivery.
2.4. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are excluded from entering.
2.5. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information to participate.
2.6. Entries submitted on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
2.7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements.
3. Prize Draw Period
3.1. The prize draw closes at 11:59pm GMT on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
3.2. Entries received after the closing deadline will not be accepted.
3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law and advertising regulations.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry: paid online entry and free postal entry.
4.1. Paid Online Entry
a. Visit https://reallygoodwhisky.com and navigate to the Dalmore Prize Draw page.
b. Purchase an entry for £25.
c. Each valid £25 purchase provides one entry into the prize draw.
d. Multiple paid entries are permitted, subject to any published entry limits.
4.2. Free Postal Entry – No Purchase Necessary
a. Entrants may enter the prize draw without making a purchase by submitting a postal entry.
b. Send your entry by ordinary first- or second-class post to:

c. Each postal entry must include:
- Full name
- Date of birth

- The words “Dalmore Prize Draw – Free Entry”
d. No purchase is necessary. Entrants are responsible only for the ordinary cost of postage.
e. Each postal entry will count as one entry into the prize draw, regardless of the information included. Only one entry per envelope is permitted. Each valid postal entry will have the same chance of winning as a single paid online entry.
5. The Prize
5.1. One winner will receive a bottle of Dalmore 25 Year Old· 70cl · 42% ABV, with an advertised retail value of £1,140.
5.2. There is one prize available.
5.3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, in accordance with applicable promotional rules.
5.5. The winner must be aged 18 or over and may be required to provide valid photographic identification before receiving the prize.
5.6. Delivery will be arranged directly with the winner, subject to age verification and any applicable geographical restrictions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
6.2. The random selection will be carried out using a verifiably random process under appropriate independent supervision.
6.3. Paid and free postal entries will be treated equally, with each valid entry having the same chance of winning.
6.4. The winner will be contacted directly by email or telephone within 14 working days of the draw.
6.5. The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified to claim the prize.
6.6. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to respond within the specified period, the Promoter may select an alternative winner in accordance with applicable promotional rules.
6.7. The Promoter will make information about the award of the prize available in accordance with applicable advertising regulations, subject to the winner's privacy rights.
7. £25 Dalmore Credit for Unsuccessful Paid Entrants
7.1. Each eligible unsuccessful paid entry will receive a £25 promotional credit code.
7.2. The credit is redeemable exclusively against eligible Dalmore whisky products purchased through https://reallygoodwhisky.com.
7.3. The £25 credit is not a cash refund and cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.
7.4. Each credit code is unique, single-use and non-transferable.
7.5. Credit codes will be issued by email following completion of the prize draw.
7.6. Each credit code is valid for six calendar months from the date of issue.
7.7. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the six-month validity period.
7.8. Credit cannot be redeemed against products outside the eligible Dalmore range.
7.9. Free postal entrants will not receive a £25 promotional credit code, as no purchase has been made.
7.10. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. General Conditions
8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, ineligible or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
8.2. Entries will be administered fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and advertising regulations.
8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transit, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
8.4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and request supporting information where reasonably necessary.
8.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8.6. The Promoter will not make material changes to the promotion that unfairly disadvantage entrants.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
9.1. Personal information supplied in connection with the prize draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and notifying the winner and fulfilling the prize.
9.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available on https://reallygoodwhisky.com.
9.3. Entry into the prize draw does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
9.4. Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately.
10. Responsible Alcohol Promotion
10.1. This prize draw is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age before dispatching the prize.
10.3. The promotion must not be interpreted as encouraging excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption.
