Edinburgh Gin - The Classic Gin Edinburgh’s Classic Gin is the “base” London-Dry-style gin from Edinburgh Gin — the flagship gin behind their more fruit- or flavour-forward expressions.  It’s typically bottled at 41.5 % ABV (some variants / older bottles list ~43%).  The recipe combines a traditional core of juniper (as with most dry gins) with a broader blend of botanicals — including pine buds, citrus peel, lavender/heather, mulberries, and other herbs — many of them local to Scotland. Who It’s For People who prefer a classic, traditional gin rather than sweet or heavily flavoured gins. Fans of London-Dry-style gin who appreciate a balanced botanical complexity (juniper, herbal, citrus) rather than something overtly floral or dessert-like.
