About This Whisky

The Edradour/ Ballechin 8-Year-Old Cuvee is an incredibly interesting release from the Highland distillery. For this expression, the distillery has blended sherry casks for their unpeated single malt with 3 bourbon casks for their peated malt, making for a complex flavour profile.

Nose: Spice, chocolate, dried friut with a slight smokiness

Palate: Malt, red wine with some peat

Finish: Spices - cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg
