The second release from Highland Park in their new cask strength series, bottled up at 63.9%. The idea for these bottles is to present Highland Park in it's purest form and this allows everyone to add as much or as little water to the dram to suit their own tastes.
Gordon Motion who is the Master Whisky Maker, selected mainly sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, along with just a few ex-bourbon casks for this release.
