Father’s Day Dalmore Promotion 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

    1. The promoter is The Really Good Whisky Company Ltd, 802–804 Finchley Road, London, England, NW11 6XL (“Promoter”).
  2. Promotion Overview
    1. This promotion offers entrants the chance to win one (1) bottle of Dalmore 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
    2. The promotion runs from 13:00 BST on 25 May 2026 to 09:00 BST on 21 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
    3. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, or any third party.
  3. Eligibility
    1. Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
    2. Entrants must be legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol in their country of residence.
    3. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible.
    4. Proof of age and identity may be required.
  4. How to Enter
    1. Purchase Entry (Automatic)
  • Every purchase of any Dalmore product from The Really Good Whisky Company during the Promotion Period will automatically generate one (1) entry per qualifying order.
  • Multiple purchases = multiple entries.

To enter without purchase, entrants must:

  • Send a postcard by post including:
    • Full name
    • Postal address
    • Email address
    • Contact telephone number
    • The words: “Dalmore Father’s Day Promotion Entry”

  1. Entries must be received before 09:00  BST on 18  June 2026.
  2. Each valid postal entry = one (1) entry.
  3. Bulk, automated or illegible entries will not be accepted.
  1.  Winner Selection
    1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
    2. The draw will take place on 21 June 2026 (Father’s Day) or within 7 days thereafter.
    3. All entries (purchase and postal) are treated equally.
    4. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  2.  The Prize
    1. The prize is: 1 x Dalmore 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl)
    2. The prize is:
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable
  • No cash alternative
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
  2. Delivery within the UK is included.
  3. For deliveries outside of the UK, the winner will be responsible for any shipping costs, duties, taxes, or import charges.
  4. Delivery must be accepted by a person aged 18 or over.
  1. Winner Notification
    1. The winner will be contacted via email or phone (depending on entry method) within 7 days of the draw.
    2. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
    3. The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels.

    1. Personal data will only be used for the administration of this promotion and prize fulfilment.
    2. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
