This Glenallchie Speyside single malt was matured in oloroso sherry casks and bottled by Signatory for its small batch series.   Nose Cinnamon sticks, juicy apples and honeyed sultanas, with biscuity malt beneath. Palate Ripe apples with a touch of woody spice lead the way to zesty orange peels and fruit-studded vanilla sponge. Finish Clementine, stewed stone fruits, a smidge of clove.
