About This Whisky

Part of the fifth batch of single cask releases since Billy Walker took over at GlenAllachie this 15 Year Old single cask from 2006 was matured in a Rioja Barrique with only 300 bottles released due to the much smaller size of a Barrique wine cask compared to a Butt or Puncheon - these casks also offer greater wood and spirit interaction to enhance the final consumer's flavour profile.
