About This Whisky

The first release from Glenmorangie's private edition bottlings, the Sonnalta PX has been finished in casks formerly containing Pedro Ximenez. Nose: Rich and sweet. Notes of fruity sherry and dark fruits contrasted with a citrus tang, oranges. Undertones of rich, velvety dark chocolate. Palate: Once again sweet sherry notes, salted caramel and sweet red fruits - grapes. Followed by deep oak. Finish: A medium, sweet finish sherry with hints of vanilla.
