About This Whisky

A very very collectable private single cask bottling which is a great example of the true original Whisky taste of the new Kilchoman distillery. Kilchoman 2006 - 2014. Private cask bottling for JBPS 80th, 25th January 2005. One of 258 bottles. In presentation box.   NOSE: Lemon zest, orange peel, biscuits and green apple PALATE: Peat is highly present, fruit and raisin is there with white pepper and possibly some jam FINISH: Peat smoke with rolled oats, fruit and oloroso
