Nose: Spicy and peaty

Palate: First taste is an oak sweetness gained from 18 years maturing in an ex-bourbon barrel. Then the smoke fades into flavours of nutty oak, toffee and wild heather - very full bodied!

Finish: The finish is smooth and long - excellent!
