The Antiquary 21 Year Old Blended Scotch Whisky

This complex yet elegant bottle is a 21 year old expression called the Antiquary.  The nose has a soft peat smoke and a rooty character. There are herbal notes with freshly harvested hay, there are also hints of winter berries. The palate is quite well-rounded and full, there are notes of cut hay, oats and honey, caramel and a touch of dry oak. The finish is long and smooth, where a little fruit note develops.
