About This Whisky

Bimber 'The 1st Peated' has been created by combining peated single malt London whisky, distilled in May 2019 and matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks. Four casks have been used to create this special release, with 1,140 bottles being filled at 54.1% vol. The peating process of these bottles have produced Bimber's fruity and textural single malt whisky style with the intensity of fragrant and smouldering Highland peat smoke.
