Dornoch 2017 3 Year Old Single Cask #001 Thompson Bros Inaugural Release 50cl 59.4%

Distilled at the Dornoch distillery in the Highlands of Scotland, this is the distilleries inaugural release. This expression was laid down in the summer of 2017 in a single first fill ex-Oloroso sherry but and has spent just over three years in the cask. There were just 893 individually numbered bottles produced which were bottled in November 2020 at a strength of 59.4% abv.
