They use pure water from the Allt Dearg spring that flows through the distillery. The Glenfiddich "Solera" Vat: One of the distillery’s unique features is its Solera vatting process, used for the Glenfiddich 15-year-old expression. This process involves mixing whisky from different ages, ensuring a consistent and unique flavor profile.
