A unique Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky, The Arran Malt captures the character of this beautiful island of clear mountain water and soft sea air. In the past, illicit stills abounded on the island, hidden in remote glens, and the Arran Malt was renowned as being one of the finest in Scotland. Now the Arran Malt is reborn. Distilled at Lochranza on the north west tip of the island, Arran Distilllers use only traditional wooden washbacks and copper stills. The whisky is then matured in oak casks for 18 long years to allow the full character to develop.
