Glenrothes 1989-2002 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This bottle from Glenrothes was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2000. It is a rich and delightful single malt whisky and has an ABV of 43%.   Nose: Floral, slightly rubbery but not in an unpleasant way, mint and apple Palate: More presence from the apple and the mint, toffee and treacle are definitely there too Finish: Long finish, cloves and cinnamon are prominent, pine, nutmeg. Beautiful for a Glenrothes in our opinion.
