This limited edition series reveals the intricate elements behind The House of Suntory’s Yamazaki and Hakushu whiskies, including the casks used for maturation, and the specific malt, water, and ingredients involved. Under the direction of Suntory’s 5th Generation Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo, this series pushes the boundaries of whisky making. Fukuyo has utilized unique ingredients, wood, and processes to expand the previous Tsukuriwake range, highlighting the diversity inherent in whisky craftsmanship.
